By accessing Anuvaad, you agree to these Terms. Anuvaad is operated by IDSBP Technologies Private Limited, trading as SuktiAI, registered under the Companies Act 2013, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm you have obtained parental consent to use this service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at support@suktiai.in.

4. Permitted Use

Anuvaad is for personal, non-commercial reading and language learning only. You may not use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

5. Copyright

You confirm that you own the copyright or have obtained the necessary rights to upload any content you submit. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, send a DMCA notice to legal@suktiai.in.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not scrape, robot, or otherwise programmatically access Anuvaad. You may not resell translations or access other users' data. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Translation Quality

Translations are AI-generated and may contain errors. Do not rely on translations for legal, medical, or professional decisions. Anuvaad provides translations "as is" without guarantee of accuracy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Anuvaad name, logo, and code are owned by IDSBP Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Disclaimer

Anuvaad is provided "as is" without any warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDSBP Technologies' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months or ₹500, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
